Needs improvement

In a nutshell...takes forever to get maintenance to fix anything. Communication is very lacking. Property isn't maintained well. Surprise inspections with only a 24 hr notice. Impossible to get a hold of staff in the office. Location is great though! That's why I stay.

Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner.

We've had three appliances break in our apartment. With our dishwasher, it took about 3 months to fix. Our oven has been broken for three months and has yet to be fixed. Our washer has been broken for a week and nobody has even acknowledged our maintenance request.

Opinion

My fiance and I have been living at Wellington for about two years we love it here but there some things that needs improvement the first is the maintenance they take very long to come and complete a work order and you have to keep calling the office for them to come thats very irritating the second are the insects and the last is I wish there was more communication on who's our landlord because when I call the office its always someone new but besides those three things its a good place to live very quiet good neighbors peaceful

Concerns before Winter

I am concerned about a few things before winter rolls around again. Our gutters we have been told for 2 years are getting bids on, still nothing. Our parking lights don't work & haven't for 2 years, told we are getting bids on these as well, still nothing, Once the ground freezes they will be unable to go under lighting to correct until next Spring. Handrail came off leading up to apt, we need this for safety measures using the stairs into our apt. Thank you.

Be Careful

Not what it seems here. They don't fill most of your maintenance requests, and when they do the maintenance staff is sullen and uncommunicative. They don't replace in-ceiling lights {or any lights, but those are more expensive}, and the furnace filter is now only replaced every 3 months.
