Neighbors were yelling very loud fighting but it’s calmed down and it’s quiet now. Wish the edging or baseboards were updated they are all scuffed up and edging around the bathtub is damaged.

I love this place, I love the condition of my apartment, excellent staff service, very especially thanks to Sierra, I’ll recommend 100%

Good location
I’ve been enjoying my time at The Flats. The apartments are updated and cute. They are small for the price but the location makes it worth it. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit but they have laundry facilities in the building. It can be expensive to use the machines and other residents don’t keep help keep them nice. I love the pool in the summer time!
