I like that we are close to alot of things and the residents are friendly. I am still upset that my carpet was not cleaned before we moved in and nothing has been resolved yet. The units are very nice though. Just wish there was a fireplace in every unit.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings about the complex. Barking dogs next door and all throughout the area. Took over a month to get fridge and dryer fixed.

Aspire townhomes

Beautfiul townhomes but tbeu continue to find new things to charge tenants with. For example, im now having to pay a share of the water and electricity bill for the gym and amenitiy center, which is pretty absurd seeing as its listed as an amenity. Seems to have changed a little since new management.
