Painted Woods Villas

I am pleased with Painted Wood Villas. My townhome is brand new and well build. Property management service is excellent as well as maintenance. This is the first place I live in Iowa since relocating in March 2025.

Overpriced and Deceptive

You are charged $75 per month maintenance fee and they do not clear your driveway in the winter. The move-in specials are deceptive. Read the fine print!
