What others love about this property:
could be better
The landlord is responsive and helpful most of the time. The building doors never close all the way adding a security risk. Maintenance is next to worthless. You will put in a request and it will not get done and you won't even hear whether they acknowledged the request. The amenities are fine. The unit does not come with a microwave which is frustrating because you have to take up valuable counter space for your own.
Pretty Average
While the location is nice, there is a big issue with the lack of sound insulation. The interior is completely average, and definitely not worth 1k a month

your places especially tiffin is much good there is no traffic and we have lots of parking area etc.
