Before Tyson left Perry it was one of the only available apartments, so desperatly rented here. Noisy neighbors and tyson employees had a going away party that made the walls vibrate. Management and police did nothing. They misrepresented the contract and locked me in for 13 months instead of 12. The three heating and cooling units made it expensive and hard to heat and cool. The arc-fault breakers would trip daily. There are larger apartments in town for better prices, especially with tyson gone. Rent at your own risk.

Noisy but safe and love the dishwasher! Plus the dryer and washer.
