Pet Policy

  • NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT. The following breed restrictions apply: No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property. All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization. Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. Premier Real Estate Management, LLC fully complies with the Fair Housing laws as it applies to disabilities. Persons who desire an accommodation must convey that request to management, who will then attempt to obtain sufficient information to determine if the request can be granted and how it can be accommodated. Since every situation is different, each request is treated separately. It is impossible to give a blanket answer on questions of accommodation. Very helpful

I would like to thank my property manager samantha and Erin. They were understanding and listened to my questions and concerns. Samantha was able to hear me and help me. There is nothing better than to have a property manager who is willing to go above and beyond to help their tenants. I would recommend country club anytime. Jeffrey is also quick .. he is always ready and prepared. The hallways are looking great and smell fresh .. .the parking lot is better now that it got fixed. I have been here for a few years and I’ve never seen any updates until premier took over.

Proud to live at Country Club

Great Landlord , very good maintenance guy .. not sure how he does it but he is very quick very efficient. They are both very polite , very courteous , very professional. I have been here for a few years and would not want to live anywhere else. Hallways are clean , Laundry rooms are smelling great.. I am proud of being a country club resident.

Great staff and quiet location

The staff at our Country Club Estates in Osceola, Iowa have been super wonderful for as long as I have rented here! Awesome and very friendly people! They go above and beyond their duties when they can and are always helpful! The apartments are well cared for and is located in a very quiet location at the edge of town. Very quiet and actually quite scenic.
