Lived Here For Two Years
Staff has been incredibly patient and understanding, maintenance shows up as soon as you file a request, and the pricing/space is very fair. Best apartment I've had.
Great Apartments
Management and maintenance staff are attentive to all inquires and needs. Respectful and helpful staff. Well maintained apartments. Close and convenient to public transportation, groceries, and UIHC as well as easy access to shopping centers. Free parking. Well maintained parking lots and sidewalks, especially in the winter time.
Great place to live
This is the first place in Iowa City I've actually enjoyed living in. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and I'm always impressed with how quickly the drive ways and sidewalks are cleared from snow in the winter. The apartments themselves are well maintained, and maintenance is pretty easy to get a hold of if something happens. The only real downside is no in unit washer/ dryer.
