Overall, I have had a great experience. The location is perfect and close to many shops and events. There is minimal noise, and the stairway is cleaned every month. If I ever had a maintenance problem, they were there to fix it in a day or two. The only problem I had was that I was told I could park behind the building when I first signed the lease, but after the first snowfall, tenants were told to no longer park there due to the business who owns the lot to have it clear for snow removal. We were unaware that the lot was a part of the snow ordinance. Had we known, tenants could have agreed to find somewhere else to park when there would be snow. We were told this issue would try to be resolved but haven't heard anything since this notice. It has been five months.

There is no parking (which we were lied to about) the utilities are suspiciously expensive for a new building and something is always falling apart.
