Parking & maintenance

Living here hasnt really been a problem until winter hits. There’s barely any parking because other lots haven’t been piled up & I find it unfair that if your car gets stuck in the snow, tow crow will tow your car. If anything they should help you get it out and move it to an area thats clear. And with maintenance, takes forever to come fix things. Not sure how many times I had to put a request or had to call the front office.

I have lived on flats on 5th for over a year and we have i love it here. Beeybody here is very welcoming and maintenance id great.

I have lived here a few years and the property has kind of gone downhill during that time. People do not take care of the hallways or the outdoor spaces.

Thoughts

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The parking here is a big issue for everyone that resides here. The cost for a garage is way too high for my budget.
