Good Location
I have been staying here for a long time, it's a good place to stay and enjoy everything.
Convenient
I have been living here about 14 years now, it's close to our jobs and Kailua Kona town. The staff is nice and gets things done usually in a timely manner upon request. I like our unit that is a three bedroom and two full baths, close to the schools as well. Things has changed around here, New Owners to maintenance. The common grounds doesn't get cleaned like it use to and rent goes up every year it seems. I appreciate the small renovation of the flooring through out the apartment and the kitchen cabinets that was done in February of this year. I hope this place doesn't keep raising the rent up any higher, otherwise we'll be placed out.
