Hobron Apartment Review

In three (3) months I will make a year living here. I'm getting to like the apartment and the people here. I like the fact that everything is close. The beach is a few minutes walk to, the shopping center, the restaurants and fast food are right around the corner for a quick bite. The fact that there is a secured gate to get into the complex to keep unwanted people out. And the staff is awesome and real friendly, especially to answer any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to rent here. Mahalo.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS

I like the convenience of the eating establishments around the corning and close proximity to Ala Moana. My wife and I have been here living since November 2023 and so far its been fine. My neighbors are friendly and very respectful. I like the adjacent serene of the waterfall from the Windsors condo. It's so tranquil and soothing. The staff here is so very helpful and very friendly. The only downside is that the dog park is not upkept due to leaves and poop left from inconsiderate dog owners. The leaves and bird droppings are constantly on my car. I am constantly taking my car to the car wash on a weekly basis. Other than that, I would recommend this place.
