Great place to live:)

This is our family’s first apartment, our landlord makes herself as available as she can. She’s very helpful. The apartments are clean and spacious! It feels so safe with security there 24/7 too!

The best location!

The property manager is reliable and makes you feel comfortable. Security guards are always on-site, and that makes you feel safe. Plenty of parking spaces. Great location and convenient!

Waiakea Villas Hilo

When Towers took over as new owners, many things have changed. I’ve lived here at Waiakea Villas for over 5 years. Many thought this place was not a good place to live because it looked so worn down, especially on the outside. The apartments were also wearing down mostly because of age and neglect from previous owners. No one knew what a gem of a place this apartment complex could become until Towers and Beth took over. I now live in one of the renovated apartments and it’s stunning! Not only is it beautiful on the inside, there have been and continue to be many changes on the outside. I can see this apartment complex becoming a high demand place very soon. We are fortunate enough to have a manager who is friendly and available along with a reliable crew of workers. Security is great. They are always available. I am very pleased to live here! With renovations still occurring, I’d advise anyone looking for a great place to live, to consider Waiakea Villas before others find out how good it is to be here and there will be no apartments to left to rent!
