ARIUM life in a Woodstock

I love living in downtown Woodstock in my really nice and spacious apartment! Absolutely wonderful apartment living with great neighbors. The location is perfect for all the benefits of shopping, dining and entertainment ride outside your building! Great community!

Parking and Pool (That is all I ask lol)

We love the location of our apartment here in 260 Chambers Woodstock, it's fantastic. The residents are always friendly and it's been a wonderful experience. Although, I do feel like we are paying a premium here and would love to have the option of an additional reserved parking space along with access to the pool in the neighborhood behind our complex. If we could have an additional reserved parking spot and pool access I might just say it's perfect lol.

Great place to live

Since moving to 260 Woodstock, I have met so many nice neighbors! The location is perfect and provides great restaurants, shopping and events to keep you entertained. I love the small town feeling while having everything you need so conveniently located. The apartments are nicely done and modern in design. The maintenance is superior. I had a couple of minor requests and they were handled quickly with great communication! I am very happy here and know I am in a safe, comfortable and friendly space.

260Chambers is great!

I love this building and my apartment! The only reason all categories didn’t have 5 stars is because the apartment isn’t so energy efficient because heating and cooling bills are steep. Also there are no amenities which helps keeps costs down but some smart appliances or free WiFi for residents would be nice. I think that would be in line with cost of rent already.
