Since live in apartment for 5 years and its okay but need to be safety noticed new install gate need it.

I've lived here coming on two years now and has been good.
Paying to much
My garage disposal broke 6 months ago i have put in multiple work orders and its still not fixed. Its so bad now i can run my dishwasher because it floods the kitchen. I think im paying to much for broken appliances and no service provided.
Nice place to live, but there are issues that go unresolved.
Huntington Chase is not a bad place to live, however the rent continues to increase but the front entrance gate still doesn't work, it stopped working a few months after I moved in and still hasn't been repaired. In addition to that my heat went out in the winter and I was told by maintenance that they had to order a special part that's been since December and it still hasn't been repaired.
Good, but worn and/or outdated.
Very pleasant grounds, with lots of grass and shade. Amenities and parking are adequate. Units are adequately maintained but have not been upgraded since original opening. Certain areas are rough: walkways, corridors and gutters need cleaning and trash area needs to be completely renewed. Overall, fair for the pricing.
