Need attention

Very quiet, The property needs upgrades as the rooftops are in need of new shingles that have blown off the roof due to heavy winds and bad weather conditions that we have had in the past year. Stray animals coming around jumping up on our carport area creating holes in the structure that supports our covering.on the porch and carport areas.
