You're only paying for the area

The apartments aren't worth the prices now. I've been here since 2012 and my rent has jumped up $600 with little to no renovations done so you're paying for the area and not what the apartment is worth. Also, I've asked the office to speak with the upstairs neighbor several times because of noise after 10pm and nothing. No reply back, no call back, absolutely nothing. I'm perfectly ok with paying high rent if the apartment is worth it and this isn't. I will make sure I start looking ahead of time before my lease is up so that I will not have to renew again. The area and location is awesome. Maintenance team is awesome. Some of the office staff isn't so awesome but I will say that Marlon, I think that's right, has always tried to help me and I truly appreciate him.

I am very impressed with the maintenance technicians, in particular Manny. His prompt response to my HVAC issue(on a Sunday!), knowledge, and thoroughness are top notch. He even took care of an unrelated matter that I had just asked advice on. Above and beyond service and attention!

Great Apartment

This Apartment complex has been really good so far. High ceilings so it helps to keep the noise down from other apartments near you. Always room to park no matter the time of the day.
