Pets - Max 2 allowed, One time Fee $300.00, Rent $10.00
  • Comments: A Pet Agreement is required for all resident pet owners. Allowable pets are dogs, cats, birds and fish. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by management. Restricted breeds are as follows: Pitbulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs (insurance deems as high risk). All pets must be more than one year old. A separate Pet Agreement and additional non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Please note: At any time during a lease when a pet is acquired, the pet agreement must be engaged. Limit 2 pets per unit. Unauthorized pets will be considered a lease violation. The following fees pertain to pets: $300 non-refundable fee per pet and Monthly Pet Rent of $10 per pet.

Dumpster

I just dislike that I have only 1 place for trash disposal which for me is at the other end of the property....other then that no complaints.....

parking problems

The parking has gotten terrible around the buildings 10 and surrounding ones. Some people have 4-5 vehicles per family and this leaves no room to park near the resident's building. The people that live in the building have to walk a big distance to the apartment.
