Great Location

We have been living here over 10 years and love the location, proximity to doctors office, stores, easy access to the freeway and other amenities. It's a gated community and very diverse. Fitness is very important and we have a swimming pool, tennis court, an updated gym and of course places to walk in the community. Neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance will address any issues you may have with the unit and security is always on call. We love the elevation and the cleanliness of the property and the staff is very pleasant to work with.

Improving but still at lot of work to do

When I first moved here 4 years ago, there were almost no problems and everything was really taken of. When Radco took over things started to go downhill. The amenities were always broken, the gates never worked and when they did it lasted less then a week. Also, there was zero regular update communication from the leasing office. There was a major increase in problematic people living here in the leasing office did very little to fix the problems Since the new ownership, and I have already seen some good improvements. There is good communication and they are much stricter on tenants to follow the rules and keep the property looking nice. I look forward to the day that we have good gates that stay working and don’t allow for somebody to follow in behind you. I think one good improvement that would really benefit the community would be security cameras around the property.

Non access to USPS packages left in locker

I have been having problems receiving USPS packages since moving in. Office staff does not seem to be concerned about the matter involving me not receiving some type of locker access code to retrieve packages. Told by office staff to contact USPS, which I did, and they opened up an investigative claim and currently is looking into why I have not received some type of access code for a locker to retrieve packages. USPS and Amazon Corporate asked if I was registered by office staff as a resident (which may be the issue), now I have to wait to ask the office staff, if I'm registered to receive an access code for a locker. Looking for office management to show more empathy and concern by helping to track down potential solutions to presented concerns.
