Pretty place

Nice, clean, and safe complex in a great location ... The administrative staff and the maintenance crew work hard and with dedication to keep the complex in a fantastic shape; both teams are polite & responsable with a high level of skills & knowledge; they rock...Recently, the complex had new improvements & beautification in some areas...The pool was opened (on time) on the Memorial Day weekend and it is clean and the water is well treated, thanks to the great job of maintenance crew. It is a nice place to live.

Over priced

The HVAC unit is not very efficient, causing high electricity bill. There are needless fees each month so the rent price shown is not accurate. On top of that the rent is hugely overpriced. Very quick to add punishment fees, very slow at removing the fees, if proven incorrect. And then i was charged a late fee for not paying the penalty fee that was supposed to be removed.

Great Location

They are making upgrades and improvements to the property, so I anticipate better maintenance and amenities to come. I hope that they will bring the property up to the level that the rent was risen to

Price going up but maybe not value

Decent experience. The rent used to be under 1000 which made up for the older apartments. Since I’ve moved in many things have needed to be repaired, but it the rent is going up but the value isn’t increasing so that is not a good sign.
