EXPENSIVE NOT WORTH IT. COMPANY IS EXTREMLY MONEY HUNGY DOES NOT FIX THINGS WITH CARE. TAKE THE CHEAPER WAY OUT OF THINGS.BUT KEEP GOING UP IN RENT. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE ANOTHER YEAR. HAVE OLD PIPES IN THE HOUSES AND PAINT OVER LEAKS . MOLD ON WALLS AND PAINT OVER IT

Cool Place, Great Location!

The best part is the location. The worst is the rent increase that jumped almost $200!!!! I see why there are so many homeless people these companies are making it to difficult for the average person to make it!
