Just moved in

I wanted to take the time and say how great Kunessa Moore was to me. Ms. Moore and the staff at the Cascade helped me move into my one bedroom less than two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. She was always there if I needed her via email, phone, or in person. She made the whole moving process easier and I am really enjoying my place. So again thank you for everything Kunessa and the staff at the Cascade.

Afforable and Pleasant Place to Live

I've lived here over 4 years and never had an real issues to complain about. The staff is very attentive and friendly and maintenance has always fixed things promptly and professionally. There have been lots of renovations that have made the apartments more enjoyable as well.

Maintenance/Customer Service

06/24/2015 Stacey Armstrong I am writing this letter to note a wonderful experience at Cascade at Morgan Falls. Our AC unit stopped working overnight and we put a service ticket for repair. In the morning I stopped by the Customer Service and representatives were courteous and truly engaged in our problem. Around 10 AM the maintenance crew entered for a fireplace check up and I inquired when is the ETA for ac repair. The gentlemen called on the radio and requested assistance. Within minutes the crew arrived and conducted the necessary repairs. This was truly an above gesture, as it probably was busy on the property managing 900 + apartments. I applaud you for hiring and training such a wonderful Maintenance and Customer Service employees. They made my experience at the Cascade at Morgan Falls first class, one I will not forget. Loving it!!!

I have lived here for a month now and I really like it so far!! My move-in process was was fine, management was very helpful, friendly, and always had a smile on their face; and they still are helpful. The grounds are beautiful and are kept up nicely. Yes, there is some dog poop around and management has sent out notices that residents not picking up behind their pets will be fined. There's not much more they can do beyond that and it shouldn't be maintenance's responsibility to pick up behind someone else's animal. It has to be the responsibility of the owner to pick up behind their pet. The owners I've seen around my apartment do pick up behind their pet, but of course, there's always someone who is irresponsible and just shouldn't have an animal - period. As far as bugs go, living on the terrace level with bushes right in front of my patio I had worms come on my patio after the rain, but the house I used to live in would have the same problem. After it's been so wet, of course the little creepy crawlies are going to come out - that's going to happen no matter where you live. You're not going to escape bugs! You can only defend against them. As long as I know that I'm keeping my place as clean as I can so roaches don't decide to move in with me, that's all I can do. You don't know how your neighbors are living in their apartment, so you have to safeguard yours (and this should be standard no matter where you live). If you think you're going to have a problem, put down some Ortho Home Defense (get it at HomeDepot). Works wonders!! When I did see a bug in my house, I put the Defense powder everywhere, and I sent in a maintenance request to spray. They were there spraying down my place within a day! Management even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I do see a few ants here and there and can't figure out where they are coming from, but I just kill them and keep moving. I definitely recommend living here.

Still Loving It!

Today maintenance came to change a/c filter. He noticed the lock in my door was loose, and took that little bit of extra time to fix it and "unstick" the lock without my even mentioning it. I've been here 15 yrs, and people like him are the reason I'm still here - they care about the little things too. Thank you!
