Considering that this turned out not to be the best choice for an 80-year-old with limited mobility, the office and maintenance staff have been very supportive and responsive to my needs.

Overall nice and affordable. But slot of maintenance issues. Never got a walk through sheet to right down things wrong. Gym closed for no reason.
