I am a tenant
I have lived here for two months and have not received much help from management. My neighbor smokes pot and it get into my home. After two months, I finally received my correct mailbox. I needed help with the rental portal, and the manager basically said get a money order. And forward your concerns to the mailman if you don't get your mail. I was never given the right key.

Decent place to live... Rent amount may be a bit high but ample parking, great staff and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly.

Nice place overall
I love living at Grande Oaks. It’s safe, clean, my neighbors are nice, and I like the location. My only issue is maintenance. The maintenance men are nice, & they come by in a reasonable time once you put in a work order. But, stuff isn’t always fixed the first time. Last year, it took probably 6 visits (maybe more) to get my ac fixed. It was rough. But, other than that, I’ve had no big issues.
