REVIEW THE PEAKS
No maintenance unless we beg for it basically. My husband and I both have COPD and he's on oxygen and we can' get filer changes. The dog park only get poop picked up and the trash changed if we do it ourselves. We don't get pest control ever and we are always here when they say they are coming.
Not worth the price
There are no amenities really. No kids park on site. Just a small fenced area for a dog park. Speed bumps will damage your car over time. Trash is constantly being over filled. Not enough parking spots. Maintenance is hardley anywhere to be seen. Rent has gone up way too much In 2020 it was 740 for 2 bed. Now 2 years later they want 1250 for a 2 bed.
