Just wish maintenance can install new blinds in the front room, fix the kitchen light and fix the paint that is peeling off in my bathroom.

Comfy, Convenient, Private

Everyone both residents and staff are very friendly. Inspections have been quick and painless, notices are always given before anyone tries to enter your home. If you live near the entrance to the property you do get to hear the 85 freeway constantly, but if you're in the back of the property it is very quiet. The units are cozy and functional, nothing crazy or fancy. Windows could be updated to a more modern double pane product to better insulate the units as the current ones unfortunately do not do a great job. Management has been very conscious of COVID in regards to their office policies if you need to drop by.
