Under New Mgt. Waiting to See

I have been a resident here for several months. It's been good; both the manager and the maintenance had exceeded my expectations in response to my needs. Without warning or any input from residents, the owners decided to change management companies and portals. So far, it's been rocky and unpredictable. the portal is not working correctly; it has taken me far too long to sign on and still I have to pay my rent. My first impression has not been good except for the new manager. She has receptive and helpful, but I still don't know.
