Understandable
The cost to stay isn't justified in amenities or services, but the front office staff (3 people at the desks) are great...Upper management... Not so much
Living Experience
The staff is very helpful. They work efficiently to find solutions to problems. Grounds are well kept.
Overall View
The most important improvement concerning living here is the staff. Which is quite an improvement from the previous staff. All staff members are friendly, calm demeanor, patient, professional, answers the phone, return calls, they do a great job of following up on issues. I had an issue with possible mole in my apartment. One of the leasing agents drove down to my apartment and sprayed the area before maintenance came out to complete the repair. I thought that was above and beyond of her job title. The issue I have is the collection of trash. I have seen several bags of garbage lying in the streets throughout the complex, garbage from the bags have been left outside of my apartment. Sometimes the trash is not picked up on Sundays.
