Progress is Being Made
When this management company first took over, I was not impressed. My rent went up significantly, but no real changes made. I'm pleased to say that now the staff respond quickly to any and all of my maintenance requests, and as a whole, the grounds are taken care of.
Comfortable
I love this area extremely quiet very nice apartments there is a slight critter problem but has gotten so much better since I moved here last year nothing gets fixed but the new management just got here so we will see how it goes my patio has been broken since I moved here my bathroom sink has been broken for months other than that I love my place wouldn’t trade it for the world the rent rate I moved in was more than perfect and affordable
