I have not gotten a chance to have any work done due to Covid restrictions but the move-in process was quick and easy and the staff was really helpful

Started off fine. Quality of property decreased.
Great maintenance staff. Quality of appliances decreased as time went on. We complained about the stove and refrigerator a few months into the lease. The property only patched the appliances. The quality of the tenants decreased as well. There was a note placed on the doors about noise violations, grilling on the patios, and drug usage on the premises. These notes came weekly. Neighbors fought all times of the night disrupting sleep.
