Needs detailed cleaning and tlc

This property needs some detailed TLC. The maintenance lies about getting the apartment ready for new tenants. This property needs upgrading without charging tenants extra money for routine maintenance. Maintenance needs to make sure the grounds are kept clean especially around the trash area.

Need improvement

Way to many cars . I never get to park close to my apartment mind you I have 3 small children. I’m paying for pest control no one has ever been to my apartment and I been here for 3 years. My stove is old and only one burner works… and it would be nice if the front office pick up the phone time to time . Had to called 2 weeks on a row at least 7 times a day just to renew my lease. A courtesy reminder about your lease finishing would be a nice touch.
