Decent living but I do think for the price there should be more amenities like a pool and there could be quicker and more responsive customer service. All in all it’s a pretty decent place to live.

Magnolia Trace

We have loved our experience at Magnolia Trace. The management is extremely helpful and on top of it. Maintenance requests are quickly acknowledged and taken care of. It is a beautiful subdivision.

Horrible Maintenance Repsonse time

Never came back to fix the fridge. Have lost $100s in food. No one cares to fix it!

Great homes and neighborhood - property management lacking

I love the home and neighborhood. The property management (we are now on our third property management company in three years) has been severely lacking. Poor responsiveness (rarely ever get an answer or returned phone call). Submitted a maintenance request, and they never showed up and then marked it as complete in the resident portal. They keep increasing rent arbitrarily every year. I continue to stay because the housing market is low supply, high-cost, and high interest rates, but the landlord does nothing to make me want to stay by providing good value or quality customer service.
