i love it so far its very calming and quiet

My living experience so far hasn't been to bad my only complaint is maintenance, I've submitted a couple of work orders in oct 15,2025 and it currently Jan 28, 2026, and I have yet to have these issues fix. I've show up to the main office to speak about someone coming to fix them and when they showed up nothing was ever fixed and I was told they would be back but never returned, I then called the office and no one answered and even spoke to one of the office workers as they were leaving my apartment complex to speak about my work orders and was told someone will stop by and fix then and yet still no one has come by to fix these issues
