Not a Good place to live, they rushed me
Nothing is good about this property, they just get your rent money and dont fix nothing, i lived without a patio door for 3 months, but was still taking my money every month , i had to board up my patio door with wood i went and bought from home depot, bad business. really have more to say, but am good where am at now.
Pleasant neighborhood
I have been a renant of this apartment complex for about two tears. In tge rwo tears, i have enjoyed my stay. Peoole in the ftont office are very understanding and eilling to gelp so their temants can stay. They also cone to fix any usdyes tou may gave asap.

Only been a couple of weeks. But no problems.
Lexington apts or reserve at maple ridge.
The community for the most part is quiet. The walls are a little thin ( you can hear your neighbors). The ladies in the front office are super friendly and very outgoing. The maintenance staff is cool, is like 3-5 day delay on them showing up but they are consistent. The apartments common areas and inside the apartments need to be upgraded but i suppose that is what makes it affordable. Its is extremely safe here theye are cameras everywhere!
