Renewed my lease

So, this was my first apartment in the city since I moved here. I was looking for something simple, quiet, and affordable. This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. Reviews from years ago scared me but I could tell that they were actively making changes because the newer reviews were good. The management staff is friendly and really helpful. They have accommodated me in various situations throughout my stay and maintenance comes the day or next day everytime I call, for that I am very appreciative. I will say, personally, my area is really quiet. I have not had any bad situations since i've lived here. I was going to move but you get the best bang for your buck with square footage and price so I decided to stay longer. Of course, there are some upgrades that can be done but the renovations they've done so far, I am perfectly fine with. All in all, this will not be my permanent housing situation, but I am very comfortable in this apartment and in the surrounding community. All my family and friends really love my apartment as well which is a plus. I have the two bedroom townhome so i can only speak for that. Lastly, they have security that routinely walks the premises. I see them often whenever I step outside my door. I love that! Makes me feel even safer. All in all..... good apartment complex!
