Review of Living in the Haven of Sugarloaf
I have been living in the Haven of Sugarloaf for six months now, and I must say that overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The location of this community is fantastic, with its close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff members have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued as a resident. However, there are a couple of significant drawbacks that I feel compelled to mention. Firstly, the parking situation here can be quite challenging if you don't have a reserved parking spot. Finding an available space near your building can be a frustrating endeavor, particularly during peak hours or when guests are visiting. It's disappointing that the community does not provide sufficient parking for all residents, considering the number of units. Another issue that has been quite bothersome is the malfunctioning back gate. When I initially moved in, I was informed that the gate would be repaired and fully operational by March. However, it has been six months, and the back gate is still not functioning properly. This not only hampers the convenience of accessing the community but also raises concerns about security. Despite these drawbacks, there are certainly positive aspects to living in the Haven of Sugarloaf. The community is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that create a pleasant environment. The amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and communal spaces, are well-designed and offer opportunities for relaxation and socializing. Moreover, the staff members deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Whether it's the leasing office staff or the maintenance team, they have consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and have been quick to address any inquiries or issues that have arisen. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile have contributed significantly to my positive experience living her
New Property Problems
The fire alarm goes off all of the time and at all hours of the night. It came on this morning at 2:00 am and remained on for an hour. They have yet to address this with myself or any of my neighbors. The staff seems more concerned with leasing the available units than they do about assisting the residents that actually live here.
Great place to live!
When my husband and I moved in, everything went smoothly. There was a minor hitch - no washer and dryer in our apartment and the new refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Maintenance quickly came by cleaned fridge and provided us with a washer and dryer! He was friendly, professional, and treated our place like his home. As the days went on, the fire alarm kept going off during off hours in the early morning hours. We experienced this at our other new place. It was quickly fixed and so far - no more alarms. I must admit it was inconvenience but all in all - we love our new place. The gate is periodically not working but that is also to be expected at new properties - even established ones. Things happen - we are blessed to be living in such a beautiful place compared to so many people - millions - that do not have a safe place to live. The cost of the apartment -ridiculous - but that is what we are finding everywhere. Leasing staff - awesome - maintenance staff - the facilities - our residents - awesome! I would like to commend the construction staff - they are working so hard to complete our property. One more thing - the pool - fantastic - we cannot wait to jump in!
