Stewart’s Mill

I have had issues with this apartment since I moved in, and have proof of issues, though companies will try to defend their name and flip it on the consumer or customer. It is apart of the process I guess. Will I refer these apartments to anyone? No, my apartment is very outdated it feels like a college dorm. When I moved in is not what the website looked like. I needed a place at the time ASAP and Stewart’s Mill responded first so this is where I started. My water was off for 4 days. The door had an issue with opening and locking. Cabinets were so outdated and still are. The whole outlook is very outdated for my apartment. It should have been renovated at least to a 2000’s look. Speaking with the office is like trying to reach the President. Last manager was fired due to reasons and I feel as we are still in the same boat as far as communication and reciprocation. As far as the area, I love it. My goal is to definitely find a new place by end end of my lease.

meh apartments

office workers change out seasonally, they wrote up bogus damages maintenance only came once out of the year and half that i have been requesting them. They never addressed issues with the snakes or came to change out my closet door. renewal price hikes are not honored from what they send you on the notice.
