Mill Creek Place
Mill Creek Place has truly been a wonderful place to reside. Star, whose name aptly reflects her brilliance, diligently maintains the community's excellence and prioritizes the well-being of its residents. Over the years, Mill Creek Place has been my cherished haven, and I will certainly miss it when the time comes for me to leave.
Declining living establishment
I have lived on this property for years, it’s home. I have loved living here because of its awesome community, pet friendly policy, fantastic gym and location to the main restaurants, shopping centers and major highways. I believe Dominium Inc made an excellent investment in this property and I love the upgrades as well as large apartment units. Before Dominium took over, there was an awesome property manager and maintenance crew with Columbia Gardens. I hoped Dominium would employ the same type of personable property manager and staff, but I was wrong! I do not know which property manager was worse, Tia or Star. They both have major attitude issues and need additional training on conflict resolution as well as learn how to put a smile on their face despite outside personal issues. I have hoped things would improve but it has not, resulting in me looking at other housing. I feel as though regardless of someone’s income, respect should be shown to residents but this is not the case. Seems like the less you make, the more you are expected to accept bad attitudes and service. I wish this was not a factor.
