Its ok. Could be better. The gate is always broken. So manu fees. An extra 200-300 dollars in fees. Theres fees to wben pay your rent. Its alot
Overall good living experience
Never really had a major issue with the apartment complex other than when first moving in but eventually that got fixed and no major issues up until recently which was handled pretty quickly with all things considered. Current maintenance team is pretty good and responsive. Current property manager is pretty understanding and flexible. I've been here almost 5 years and I would continue to stay as long as the rent don't go up too high or no major changes happens that a the current living experience here.
