Highly Disappointed
I need to get in contact with your Regional /District manager or someone who can rectify this situation. I need Wellington Ridge Apartments to get in contact with National Credit Systems, the company my private and sensitive information was sold to and get my account ledger to show that the balance has been paid. I was evicted in March 2022. Judgment was filed January 2023 by Debbie Gibbs employed with PDQ Services. Judgement was paid July 2023. Newton County Magistrate has no record of this. Wellington Ridge Area Manager Star called me and stated there's nothing that they can do. I spoke with Sharon the manager of Wellington Ridge Apartments in Covington, GA and she stated the same thing. I even brought the receipt letter from National Credit Systems last year July and gave it to a gentleman with Locs to make a copy and put it in my file. A copy was made the original was given back to me, I reiterated was the letter was and what for. I was reassured that it would be taken cared of. Well it hasn't because I've been denied twice by two different complexes because of this. Fix it! You're able to. You just don't want to. The same way it was for you to sell my information to a collections agency, it should be just as easy for you to look up the information. Check your cameras July 2023 and you will see me walking in the leasing office and handing the letter to your employee at the time. Fix this!

Would be nice if we could utilize all amenities. I've been here 6 months still no laundry facility & carwash is still broken. Parking could be better, less apartment entrances from complex would be nice. They're in your apartment ALOT. other than that, it's a decent place to stay.
