The valet trash service isn't worth the cost it is each month. We should be able to do multiple bags or opt out of the service.

Did Not Disappoint

Waterstone Apartments is a great community. I searched and read reviews of many others before picking Waterstone and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this one for the price, service and area. The Staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions. Maintenance provides prompt and quick service. I think it's nice that they have a newsletter. Come one, come all!

Love the Environment

What I really love about Waterstone is the community. It rests on a hill surrounded by woods. Absolutely gorgeous! There is a pool with a covered grilling area (not that I use it, but it gets used). Exercise facility, theater room and game room. The only thing I'm missing is a tennis court, for which there is plenty of property to build one. Looking forward . . .

MY LIVING

I have lived here since the beginning of March and I absolutely love it here. during my process of getting approved for my apartment I had mentioned how my last experience went with another complex which was horrible. I came in looked at the apartment I absolutely loved it. I did my application it was approved by the end of the day. all communication was on point for the whole process of me moving in. plus I got some sugar cookies and chocolate chip to all you can eat. the staff here is very nice and very helpful. puts a smile on my face knowing that if I need anything they are there to help. I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Waterstone Staff I will be up there for them cookies later lol
