Could be better

Staff is really nice and helpful. Maintenance is also very nice and do a wonderful job. However, parking is not very good as this complex is always crowded and people sometimes park their cars where residents can't even back out. Someone hit my car here and of course I don't know when it happened but there are cars always parked behind my car and sometimes I can't even get out of my space. Also it's so hard to get a space close to your apartment in the evening times.It feels as if some people have like 5 cars to one apt. Also I wish that they had a cleaner wash room with more washers and dryers. Overall it is an ok complex.Improvements need to be made to the gym area as equipment is outdated and not functional. Apartments are spacious here and well maintained. If improvements to the gym and parking issues were fixed it could be 5 stars. Sometimes the rental portal is confusing and should be done the old fashioned way where you can actually write a check because you get charged for using a card each month and don't really have a choice not to

Nice with little issues

It seems no matter who moves above me, it is loud and I have had the issue of fighting roaches that appear from time to time, and the front gates are always broken, which means the security they are to provide is a façade. The maintenance crew is amazing. They respond to issues very quickly and they are really friendly. The office staff is great too!

Over promise, under deliver

I highly doubt if this response will even get to anyone that will care or if I will even get a response back (NOT)!! The upcoming $50 fee for amenities upgrade is a joke! The amenities were never great or operational prior to covid! The leasing office staff changes excessively and the dog poop and trash can rules are NEVER EVER FOLLOWED! Not much is ever done either from the office staff is there's a complaint about excessively noisey tenants. Your just told to call secutiry (which is never available right away) or to call the sheriff! The maintenance staff are the only people on the property that do their job!
