I love my unit!!!

Location is great for work and shopping. Access to amenities awesome. Just lots of kids hanging out, mostly when it's warm or hanging out in stairwells. Staff is great!!! Very courteous and helpful since we moved in in late October.

Better than nothing.

I’ve lived here a little over a year and the gate has never worked. They removed the basketball court, and the gym has no working treadmill. Most of my maintenance tickets have to be submitted multiple times and the dirt left behind after every service is a hassle. Parking is a game of luck and I’ve been looking at the same graffiti in the stairwell for a year. I cannot reach my mail due to the height of the mailbox and I’m not short. All of my appliances work including the washer and dryer that came with the unit. Unfortunately, I have to pay $50 a month to store my old washer and dryer since they won’t let me switch them. Oh wait… That’s a lie. The bathroom sink exploded the other day leaving water everywhere and me with a new appreciation of my basic plumbing skills. All of the cabinets in the kitchen have water damage, but at least they painted over it for some resemblance of repair. The staff is very nice and I truly think most of this is outside of their control.
