Noise

I have been living here for 12 year and the noise have been pretty good but now since I have this new neighbor above me she is loud, all through the night she is making noise. If she not walk hard, she moving stuff around, dropping things on the flood. She have no considerate of anyone. She wake me up through the night with her noise.

I really love the staff. They are very friendly. I love the fact that they show appreciation to the tenants, by hosting different events. Excellent customer service keep it up.

Great place to call home.

I have never wrote a review positive or negative, but I wanted to write one for the place I call home Alta Mill Apartments... I have lived here well over 12years and I love it. I’ve seen staff and management changes. The relatively new management & staff are wonderful. Our community is well maintained. The grounds and maintenance staff do a great job in maintaining the grounds & units. The new paint job to our community adds a fresh new look to a already great property. The front office staff are all great but Brandon is the face that greets me most of the time when I go in for my packages. He has a great smile with a warm personality. You will not go wrong anyone in the front office, great people... I would strongly recommend Alta Mill if you’re looking for a safe, well maintained apartment community.

Enjoy Living at Alta Mill

I've lived at Alta Mill since 2002 and have experienced a wonderful time living here, they all ways tried to keep bad elements out, the grounds are kept up the building it self is always getting up keep to keep the place looing good and clean, maintenance comes in a timely manner when ever I have an issue. I wound definitely recommend Alta Mill Apts.
