not happy

recently my apartment was sprayed for fleas I don't own a pet so if you trying to correct the problem then the apartment above me needs to be treated that has the pet or pets I'm still seeing a flea he and there in my bathroom and bedroom so the problem wasn't solved , I contacted the office early one morning told them my thermostat needed batteries it was not done so it went out on one of our coldest night so I had to call after hour service that same day also I was not check on about this matter until a couple days later I was not notified when the contractor pulled up the carpet in hallway and replaced the floor I work night shift so I could have arrange to sleep elsewhere when I got off if I had been notified just to name a few issue I have

No longer a good place to live

when I moved in 5 years ago, tenants were only allowed to smoke on their patio period...Now they can smoke in any room, and it fall on me a tenant who has severe allergies. Also...payments were added to the that wasn't there at the beginning of the lease. And...where is it feasible to have a 15 month lease in order to keep your rent the same, or pay more. Who is that benefiting? Certainly not the lessee. Rent goes up at least $35 per year, but no upgrades, and if there are upgrades, you have keep on the maintenance team or office staff to make sure they are completed. Last two years was not a pleasant experience at all. And again...this is only my opinion.

I love this apartment

I love this apartment complex. IF there is any issues the staff is always quick to respond, but there hardly ever is. I love having a pool and a pond full of cute turtles to feed. And my very favorite part is the screened in porch! I am on my porch at least three times a week. The only time parking is a problem is when the neighbors forget how cars work, but that is not the complexes fault. And the noise, with a couple exceptions, is what you would expect from any apartment complex.

I love it

I love it here. The staff is amazing. I love the manager brooke because she cares and is very professional. Aj the Maintenance is very helpful and he explains everything he does to keep well aware of what he does in your home.
