Worth the money? Eh.

I chose to live here when I first moved to the area because rent was pretty affordable ($1450) for all of the amenities it had to offer. Plus, it seemed to be fairly quiet and super dog friendly. Fast forward a year later, with several complex updates and repairs (parking lot resurfacing and delays multiple times, several fire alarm malfunction evacuations, HVAC repairs, breaker repairs, shower leaks, etc), constant construction in the area, a noisy upstairs neighbor that hasn't been dealt with, and closed amenities during the "COVID-19" phase with no refund for loss of access to said amenities, as well as a plethora of dog poop sprinkled throughout the complex... management attempted to raise rent 8%. That's right... 8%. Even with all of the inconvenient mishaps, a 3% increase would have been acceptable as inflation is 3%. However... 8% (...especially with several luxury complexes being built in the area that will create competition) seems like robbery.

We are a pet friendly community and LARGE dogs are welcome here, with no weight restrictions!  Only two pets per home please. There is a one-time pet fee of $350/pet and monthly pet rent is $15/pet. *Select breed restrictions will apply for dogs.
