Broken, never fixed

I had to wait two months to get my sink fixed. No fault on maintenance, it was on the plumbers, but either way. I've had a broken window that still hasn't been fixed in 8 months, my heater doesn't work, and I think I just lost all of my hot water. On top of that: nearly every wall plug doesn't actually fit the sockets- so plugs will literally slide out of the wall, a bunch of paint everywhere, black mold growing on my ceiling- which completely destroyed that section of the wall and is now just a hole, the window in one of the bedrooms was also slightly busted upon moving in, and there's just a whole ordeal when things break. One maintenance guy can only do so much, both so far have been great, but they need help here, no way around it. On the other hand, the kitchen (while still accessible and free of flooding) was really nice, as was the bathroom (barring water damage from the upstairs room), and I really like the actual layout and the wooden floors. Being relatively nearby anything I could need or want is also kind of nice. In summary, this place honestly has a bunch of potential, but whatever company owns it refuses to put substantial money into it to ensure livability. The washer and dryers have also been broken for nearly 3 months. So, amnenities don't actually exist, and I'm starting to wonder if this whole place is just a mafia front. That, or maybe the apartment is actively trying to kill me, who knows.

Great and awesome

It’s awesome. Maintenance is a little slow but the office gets on them and is very responsive.
