Lived here since 10/18. Staff is wonderful. Unit is dated and rent increased roughly $450 over 13 months. Not a good value per cost. Property is dated over 20yrs ago.

Love the high ceilings, location, and amenities. I'm an artist and I found nothing in Augusta that comes close to meeting my needs.

Update

Great location, parking lot should be brighter at night. Apartments are dated, rent was increased by 20 something percent, no improvements have been made. Granite counters, tile showers should be installed for the amount of rent. Lived here 5 yrs in October.
