The Sutton is a new luxury apartment community in the heart of Buckhead Village, fully equipped residences of 1-3 bedrooms with exceptional amenities and a real sense of community.
Resident must (a) sign pet addendum (b) pay a $250.00 one-time non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $500.00 one-time non-refundable pet fee for two pets (c) pay monthly pet rent of $20.00 per pet each month. The pet fee does not go towards any damages that may be caused by the pet(s). It is a required convenience fee, not a security deposit. There is a two pet limit. Pets that are considered a restricted breed will not be permitted, including but not limited to: Doberman, American Stafford Terrier (Pit Bull), Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, mix breeds with any of the characteristics to the listed breeds, and any other breeds deemed restricted by management.
