Excellent Choice

I moved here 8 years ago, we've had many management companies and changes in leasing office staff. But this current staff is by far the best. Luce, Danya, and Cristina are courteous, professional, friendly and competent to solve the myriad of issues that arise. I'm happy they are here and want them to stay forever.

The bad apartments

Maintenance is bad, lot of pothole in the apartment, Dog poop every where, smells bad when it rains. Garbage compacter surrounded with piles of garbage. Lot of police activity, not sure how they select the tenants. Rude and dumb staff, they refused to give packages to my wife with DL matching last name, apartment address. The rules changes every other months how they accept package from package delivery companies. Bad schools, ratings dropping every year. Ison springs is ranked 3 as of now, dropped from 5. Every year the value goes down, rent increases.

Not worth the money.

For the money you’re paying, you could find something better. The staff is rude and will talk about you. They are upgrading the apartments but it’s not worth the money. You’re paying for a gated community and the gate doesn’t even work. The walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors.
